How long will it take for my order to be delivered and how much does it cost?

UK (Mainland)-  2-5 working days - £6.49
International - EU (European Union): 10-12 working days - £22.99
International - Worldwide (Rest of World) : 12-17 working days - £27.99

* Any orders placed during University closure time (e.g. Christmas and Easter closure weeks) will be processed when the University reopens.

*Please note that some countries are experiencing delayed services which are outside of our control.

*BREXIT - Customs duties and VAT: Please note that for orders delivered outside of the UK, no VAT is charged at the point of purchase. However, customers may be required to pay additional customs duties and VAT in the destination country. These charges depend on the value and country of origin of the products, as well as the destination country, and will need to be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities.

* USA orders: Shipping to the United States has been temporarily suspended due to customs issues caused by recently introduced tariffs. This measure has been implemented by our carriers to prevent parcels from being returned to sender.

Can I track my delivery?

When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an e-mail with your tracking number.

Where do I pick up a Click & Collect order?

When your Click & Collect order is ready, you will receive a pick-up notification to go and collect it from Hillside Coffee on campus.

Orders for delivery to Manor Park Campus addresses: 

These will be delivered to Manor Park Reception.

Orders for delivery to Stag Hill Campus addresses:

These will be delivered to the relevant Residence Receptions.

Campus Catering Gift Card: 

Shipping is not available for Campus Catering Gift Cards purchased on SurreyStore. These will only be collected from Hillside Coffee.
